Terms and Conditions


Our website should be able to give you accurate information on our stock levels. If something is out of stock, please mail us on customerservices@heavenlybump.co.uk or via our enquiry form on the contact page to request further information. We will give you the best information on anticipated delivery dates, or whether the style has been discontinued, as some seasonal products will be.


All prices are quoted in pound stirling and are inclusive of VAT at the standard UK rate. Unless we confirm to the contrary prices quoted are exclusive of any other imports duties, taxes, imports and or levies payable in relation to the goods.


We accept the following methods of payment We accept the following methods of payment: Visa and MasterCard Credit Cards, Visa and MasterCard Debit Cards, Visa Electron, American Express, PayPal, Maestro, and Solo.

The billing address provided by you must be the same address to which your card is registered. Please note that we will not despatch goods until the payment has been received.

Your Card Security

We guarantee that you will be able to shop with complete confidence. Your card details are encrypted and dealt with by PayPal and are not accessible by anyone at Heavenly Bump Maternitywear Ltd. Heavenly Bump Maternitywear do not store any financial information. You will receive an e-mail receipt from PayPal and e-mail confirmation from us of your order. Please add customerservices@heavenlybump.co.uk to your safe list otherwise our e-mails may be automatically placed into your junk folder by some spam filters.

Gift Wrapping Service

You may like to have your items gift wrapped at a charge of £3.95. Your items would be delicately wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a gift box with a ribbon. A gift tag will be included which we can handwrite with words of your choice (max of 80 characters) or leave blank for you to write your own message.

Gift Vouchers

Heavenly Bump Maternitywear understand that it can be difficult choosing gifts for a friend or family, especially clothing. So why not make life easier and use our Gift Voucher service. Simply select the amount you would like to spend in denominations of £5, £10, £20, £50, and pay through the shopping basket. We will send you an automatic email with a code to enter into the web site when purchasing the items. If you would like to send this to a friend as a present then you can activate this through your account, they will then receive an email with their unique voucher code. Please note this can only be used once.

Standard Delivery Information

Please note we are currently only dispatching to Europe and the UK.

UK Delivery charge is £4.95 and free for orders over £50 (only valid for orders delivered to addresses in the UK).

You should receive your delivery within 2- 5 working days of placing your order. If you are not in to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.

Heavenly Bump maternitywear cannot be held responsible for delays for items already despatched with Royal Mail.

Postage to the Republic of Ireland (Eire) is £9.95

Postage to Europe  is £14.95 - countries listed below

(Austria, Belguim, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden)

Import duties and taxes may have to be paid in some countries. All applicable duties, fees and additional charges for custom clearance are the customers’ responsibility. For further details contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Goods will not be dispatched until full payment is received for good and delivery charges.

Please note that Heavenly Bump Maternitywear cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for orders outside mainland UK.


Express Delivery information

Total charge is £7.95 per address.

Orders for in-stock items placed by 12.00 Midday will be delivered the following day, Monday-Thursday. Orders placed before Midday on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. All orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Any orders placed over the bank holiday period will be delivered after 2 working days.

Highlands and islands maybe subject to added surcharges please check beforehand via email - customerservices@heavenlybump.co.uk.

Express delivery does not apply outside of the UK.

Item not arrived?

We must be informed in writing within 28 days if you have not received the item at all at which time a full investigation will be carried out and you will be refunded or the item replaced. We cannot send out replacement items until we have received confirmation the item cannot be found, or in the case of faulty items until the item has been returned first. If you have selected Royal Mail an item will not be classed as missing until at least 15 working days have passed (3 weeks) and we have received confirmation that your item is not awaiting collection at your local Royal Mail depot (cards may not necessarily have been left by postmen).

Returns UK Mainland

Our testing, checking and fitting process ensures that every garment looks and feels great throughout your pregnancy, so we have the confidence that you will be happy with the quality of the items you have ordered.
We know that judging your size can be tricky as well as knowing what will work best with your new figure, that's why heavenly bump maternitywear will offer you a full refund or free exchange for unworn items with their swing tags still attached, in original packaging and returned within 12 working days of purchase. With the distance selling regulations you are within your right to cancel or return your order within 7 days, in addition to these rights we have extend our policy to 12 days.

If we find that the product has not been returned in a saleable condition we refuse the right to give a refund.

For mainland UK only we have included a freepost sticker to return your goods to us, all we ask is for you to obtain proof of posting and also advise that you cover yourself sufficiently should the item go astray in transit. Simply take your parcel to your nearest Post Office for return.

If you would like to exchange your garment for a different size or colour or a completely different item, please complete the paperwork that will be enclosed with your order and return it to us, along with the garment, and we will despatch the new item to you free of charge.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund the delivery charge for despatching the goods as this is a direct cost.

Refund Policy Exclusions - We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on briefs & knickers for health & hygiene reasons.

Returns Non UK Mainland and Europe

For orders delivered outside of the UK mainland, you will be responsible for returning your goods at your own expense. Heavenly Bump Maternitywear will not pay any returns postage expenses.

Unfortunately we can’t stop an order once it’s been confirmed by us. If you change your mind about your order after this point you can return the Products in accordance with this returns policy.

In the unlikely event that the goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us in writing within 28 days to customerservices@heavenlybump.co.uk to let us know and we will arrange a full refund or exchange. This is all in addition to your statutory rights.

Refunds are processed weekly so please allow 28 days for the refund to show on your statement

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy and the security of your personal information extremely seriously.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, we will delete or correct it promptly.
We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Email a Friend

The e-mail a friend facility allows a user to e-mail links to pages on our site to other online users. Users can include a personal message together with a name and e-mail address.

While we take all possible care to reproduce and describe items accurately in some cases slight variations of colour in actual goods may occur due to photographic limitations.
